תקציר העבודה:

הבדלים בין קבוצות והשפעתן על החלטת המפעלים
הקיבוציים להקים מועצת מנהלים:

מטרתו של מאמר זה הייתה בעיקר לזהות הבדלים בין הקבוצות, ובאמצעות הבדלים אלה לנסות ולהבין את הגורמים המביאים את המפעלים הקיבוציים להקים או לא להקים מועצת מנהלים.
הסיבות למעבר יכולות להיות:
1. גודל מפעל קריטי כלשהו המצריך מעבר לשיטת ניהול אחרת (הרצה מס' 1).
2. מצב משבר - דווקא במפעלים שהקימו מוע"מ התגלו בעיות ביצוא וברווחיות. זהו ממצא מעניין ולא צפוי.
3. כניסת שותף חיצוני - לא נמדד בניתוח.
4. "אופי קיבוצי" - גמישות גדולה ביחס למוסכמות ה'עבר' בארגון, או גישה פתוחה יותר לשינויים בארגון (דוגמא לכך היא ההבדלים ברמות העבודה השכירה שבעבר נחשבה לאסורה ובעייתית).
