השפעת שהות במעון יום על הראקטיביות של התינוק כממד מזגי

תקציר העבודה:

במחקר זה נבחנה השפעת שהיה במעון-יום על ריאקטיביות התינוקות, כמדד טמפרמנטלי. במחקר השתתפו 172 תינוקות אשר נמדדו באמצעות שאלון ICQ בגיל 6 חדשים ובאמצעות מדד הריאקטיביות של ה"סיטואציה הזרה" בגיל שנה. 24 מהתינוקות נכנסו למעון יום לאחר המדידה הראשונה, אך לפחות שלושה חדשים לפני המדידה השניה. יתר 148 התינוקות לא נכנסו למעון-יום עד אחרי המדידה השניה או בכלל.
לאור הטענה שממדים מזגיים עשויים להשתנות עקב השפעות סביבתיות, שוער כי לא ימצא הבדל מובהק בין שתי קבוצות הנבדקים על סולם ה- Fussyl Difficult. לעומת זאת, שוער הבדל מובהק בין ממוצעי ציוני שתי הקבוצות במדד הריאקטיביות, כתוצאה מהשהיה במעון-יום. ההשערה הראשונה אוששה אך השניה לא אוששה. הוצע, שיש להיזהר בפירוש התוצאות כיוון שיש צורך במערכי מחקר מורכבים יותר שיכללו גורמים נוספים שעשויים להתערב בהשפעת השהיה במעון יום על ממד הריאקטיביות בפרט ועל מדדים מזגיים בכלל.

מטרת מחקר זה הנה בדיקת הטמפרמנט לאורך תקופה בה מתערבת השפעה של שהיה במעון יום, בחייו של התינוק.
