השפעת עמדות ותפיסות עולם על ביצוע מעשים של גילוי עריות

תקציר העבודה:

תופעת גילוי העריות הינה תופעה אודותיה קיימים הסכמה וטאבו חברתיים.
המחקר מצביע על שכיחות גדלה והולכת של חשיפת התופעה ומדווח על קושי ניכר באיתור מאפיינים יחודיים של אוכלוסיות בסיכון.
הרחבת הגדרת התופעה, כפי שקיימת בספרות, גורמת לקבלת ממצאים סותרים ומקשה על איתור הגורמים והמאפיינים.

המחקרים הקיימים כיום מתמקדים בתיאור הדינמיקה המשפחתית המאפשרת את קיום התופעה, האספקטים הטיפוליים הקשורים בקורבנות גילוי העריות ותיאור הטיפול (במהלך חמש השנים האחרונות) בעבריינים עצמם. עם זאת, אין בנמצא מחקרים המתמודדים עם הבנת התופעה מנקודת מבטו הסובייקטיבית ותפיסת עולמו של העבריין-התוקף.

נטיית הספרות הקיימת הינה לצמצם את הבנת התופעה לכדי גורם בודד (בכל תיאוריה). צמצום זה מביא להקטנת יכולת הבנת התופעה בכללותה על תיאור כל משתניה והאינטרקציה ביניהם.

עבודה זו סוקרת את התיאוריות המרכזיות הקיימות בתחום, מעלה דילמות מרכזיות ומתמקדת בתוקף כמי שמהווה את מקבל ההחלטות המרכזי בעת התרחשות תופעת גילוי העריות. לאור זאת ומכיוון שמבחינה תיאורטית, לא ניתן לנתק את התופעה מהקשרה החברתי, מובילה העבודה להצעה למחקר איכותני הרואה את התוקף כמפתח להבנת התהליך.
נקודת המוצא מהווה ראיה כוללנית הבוחנת את העבריין בכללותו, מעבר למשתנים תלויים ופשוטים. זאת, על מנת להבין אותו כאדם שלם על הרקע, ההיסטוריה האישית שלו ועל תפיסת עולמו על רקע הקונטקסט בו הוא חי ופועל.
