מושג ה"תפקיד"-מנהל בי"הס והמורה

תקציר העבודה:

למושג "תפקיד" הגדרות שונות הנגזרות מאופי הגישות המשתמשות בו. הגישה הסוציולוגית טוענת שהמושג תפקיד מקבל משמעות על רקע החברה. הגישה הפסיכולוגית טוענת שתפקוד היחיד בארגון הוא תלוי אישיותו. הגישה הפסיכולוגית חברתית משלבת בין שתי גישות אלה, וטוענת שיש קשר הדדי בין היחיד לארגון, בין התפקיד לאישיות, בין הציפיות וצרכי האדם. על-פי תפיסה זו, מניעים את המערכת החברתית שני כיוונים בו זמנית: הכיוון המוסדי (המבני), השואף לאפקטיביות תפקודית והכיוון הפסיכולוגי (האישי). ניסיון הפרטים בחברה להתמודד עם סביבתם- הצפיות השונות מהתנהגותם והצרכים האישיים השונים- היא המגדירה את הפעולה החברתית.

המנהל מהווה את חוד החנית של מערכת החינוך להשגת מטרותיה, וככזה מחזיק הוא בעמדת המפתח בכל הקשור למערכת היחסים השוררת בבית הספר ולתפקוד המורים.
מצב של לחץ תפקודי אצל המנהל עלול לשבש את כל המערכת הפדגוגית והמנהלית בבית-הספר (גולדשטיין וארז, 1980). למרות זאת לא זכה נושא זה, של לחץ תפקידי ושביעות רצון בעבודה של מנהלים, להתעניינות מספקת (Borg & Riding, 1993). בנושא זה נעסוק בחלק הראשון של העבודה. בחלק השני נבדוק האם קיים קשר בין אישיות המורה לבין סגנון הוראתו, ונבחן את ההוראה כפרופסיה ונעסוק בלחץ המקצועי, בשביעות הרצון וההערכה העצמית. בסוף העבודה יובאו מודלים של התפתחות מקצועית.
